A connected operating experience
A fitness business has more moving parts than a public website can show. Gymbase brings together the website, gym onboarding, members, locations, staff access, and the workflows that support a training business. We are developing the platform around those connections.
From a class booking to the work behind it
The implementation includes scheduling, capacity and waitlists, personal training appointments, attendance, and member access. Payment integrations and business billing are designed around server-owned records and confirmed events. Staff and member experiences are separated by their roles and responsibilities.
A website that can keep evolving
The website tooling includes structured content, preview versions, an approval step, and publication controls. Media management and domain integrations are part of the wider platform. These capabilities let us explore how a gym’s public experience can evolve alongside its operation.
Current project stage
The core application has been implemented and tested in a local development environment. Hosted backend rollout and live payment, AI, email, and domain-provider verification remain release steps. This page presents the work in development; the interactive walkthrough uses illustrative data and is not a live gym management account.
