Our SAM.gov registration is in progress. Odins3 LLC is a new federal entrant — we are completing entity registration, UEI/CAGE issuance, and FAR-required representations and certifications now. We will publish our UEI and CAGE on this page the moment they are issued. If you need to engage with us before then, our federal POC can walk you through the timing.

We are a Small Business by SBA size standard under our primary NAICS 541511 (which is currently a $34M average-receipts standard). We are well below that threshold and are eligible for small-business set-asides. We are also pursuing 8(a) certification.

We do not currently hold a Facility Clearance (FCL). We are willing to pursue one under contract sponsorship from a customer or prime. All staff are US persons; Public Trust is achievable on standard timelines, and we have Secret-eligible candidates available. We can support SF-86 onboarding from day one.

Zero offshoring. All design, engineering, project management, and operations are performed in the United States — primarily from our studio in Bothell, Washington. We meet ITAR/EAR US-person requirements out of the gate. If a contract requires CONUS-only or specific facility location, we will document and meet that requirement.

We are aligned to NIST 800-171 for CUI handling and have an SSP and POA&M template ready to instantiate per engagement. We deploy on FedRAMP-authorized infrastructure (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) when the data sensitivity warrants. We do not handle FTI, classified data, or PHI without the contract-specific controls in place — we will tell you upfront if a requirement is outside our current envelope.

Both. As a new federal entrant, we are positioned to act as prime on awards under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($250K) and on small-business set-asides where the requirement matches our team. We are also positioned to subcontract under larger vehicles (GWACs, agency IDIQs) and bring our small-business set-aside credit to prime teams. We are equally comfortable in either role; we will be honest about which fits the requirement best.

Not yet. We are evaluating GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) IT and intend to pursue it once it makes sense for our pipeline. In the interim, we partner with primes who hold an active MAS or we use direct simplified-acquisition pathways and OTAs.

For most engagements we use a fixed-price structure tied to clear deliverables and acceptance criteria — agencies and contracting officers tend to prefer this, and it aligns our incentives with delivery. We can also work on T&M or labor-hour structures when the solicitation requires. Our labor categories and rates map to standard federal LCAT taxonomy and we provide a full price volume on request.

Odins3 LLC has not yet been awarded an SBIR or STTR contract as a prime. We are positioned to respond to agency-published topics directly and to serve as the software development partner on a PI-led proposal. Our staff brings relevant prior research-software and rapid-prototyping experience from outside the federal space. We scope Phase III transition into Phase II proposals from day one — that is how the program is intended to work, and we treat it that way.

We are scoped to support anywhere from a 4-week rapid prototyping sprint to multi-year development and sustainment contracts. SBIR Phase I efforts typically run 6–12 months, custom application work 8–14 months, and we are equipped to sustain delivered systems under annual O&M. We size the team and timeline to the actual scope — no padding.

Yes — WCAG 2.1 AA conformance is the floor on every federal engagement. We test with axe, Lighthouse, and Pa11y in CI, and with NVDA and VoiceOver manually. We deliver a VPAT on every public-facing system. Accessibility is not a phase — it's baked into design and engineering from the first sprint.

For most engagements: 1–2 weeks from notice-to-proceed to a kicked-off delivery team. The senior people named in our proposal are the people doing the work — the team you evaluate is the team that performs. For SBIR Phase I, often faster.
