Acceptance of terms

By accessing odins3.com or using the hosted website platform Odins3 operates (together, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Using the Service means you agree to these terms.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.

What the Service is

Odins3 is a software studio in Bothell, Washington. We provide client services — website design, iOS and Android development, AI integrations, and government contracting — and we operate a hosted platform for creating, customizing, and publishing websites.

Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements and statements of work; where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls. These terms govern the website and platform accounts.

User accounts

You must create an account to use most platform features. You are responsible for your account:

• Security: keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accuracy: provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
• Termination: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Payment terms

The platform offers free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Monthly and annual billing options are available.
• We accept major credit and debit cards and other listed payment methods, processed by our payment providers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• New subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• We give at least 30 days' notice before pricing changes to existing plans.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Illegal content: creating or hosting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Spam and abuse: sending spam or abusive messages, or engaging in harassment.
• System interference: attempting to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its users.
• Infringement: violating the intellectual property rights of others.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action. To report abuse, use the contact page.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Odins3 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of content you create on the platform.
• You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to provide the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

Service modifications

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and at least 30 days' notice of pricing changes to existing plans.

Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odins3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Availability: we work to keep the Service up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages or maintenance windows.
• User content: you are solely responsible for content you create and publish; we are not liable for user-generated content.
• Cap: our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms we will post the new version here, update the date at the top, and notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
